The appropriate torque for each application. Controlled screw tightening and simultaneously safety for electrical applications is what offers the fully VDE certified torque system TorqueVario®-S. The tool set contains an ergonomically shaped screwdriver handle with integrated digital scale, 15 slimBits, a bit holder as well as the adjustment tool. All components are arranged in a practical and orderly manner in a high quality and durable box. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with the variable torque range of 0.8-5.0 Nm. A clearly audible and perceptible signal when the torque is triggered guarantees the process reliability of the torque mechanics which protect material damage and warranty claims. With a trigger accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 6789 standard. The insulated ClicFix bit holder guarantees hold on 75 mm long slimBits bits thanks to a mechanical lock of soul. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits bits are subject to individual testing as standard according to the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe work on live components up to 1,000 V AC.
