Coated filler metal for brazing and flame welding

Coated filler metal for strong, high quality welds, thanks to the high silver concentration and the coating flux. Copper / Silver 5%  (8 elements) in strips of 2 x 250 mm.

How to use Super 34 Solder:

1. Ideal for Castolin welding
2. Make a glass in the copper tube to be soldered and clean it 
3. Position the pieces
4. Heat the tube with an oxy-acetylene or MAP flame until the characteristic “cherry red” color
5. Bring the solder ring until the space between the two tubes is filled with molten alloy
6. Cool the pipe
